How to stay healthy and keep slim?

Back to plant or fasting! Not to ask you to be a vegetarian, eat a healthy vegetable foods daily. And not to ask you to extremely obedient, fasting can rest our stomach. Or, in Indonesia we called jamu, a vegetable drink, such as bitter tea, juice of papaya leaf, etc.

i am not going to suggest you to keep fasting to keep yourself slim and healthy i only suggest you to do morning walk 45 mins everyday and 45 minutes evening walk this will keep you healthy and slim and in diet always try to eat foods having fiber instead of fat.

hello there, i know i am not that healthy but i eat so much and i eat many times in a day but still, i am skinny. i always wanted to gain some weight and i dont even know ow and if there are other ways on how to gain weight. but well i think for you, you just maintain a healthy and balanced diet like there should always be fruits and vegetables in your diet. i eat vegetables and fruits too, and another thing to keep you healthy is exercise :)

How to stay healthy, eat fruits, bananas, apples ect. to keep slim, run/jog, push mow the lawn, work around the house, go the the gym

the best way i have found to keep my weight down is to make sure i eat things that are low in fat and high in fiber. also they should be low in sodium content ans sugar. these things tend to be whole grains, vegetables, fruits and lean meats. there is some healthier junk food if you have to have it like reduced fat, sugar, or fat. i admit it is sometimes difficult to find these types of foods that actually taste good (because if they dont, then there is no way you will ever stick to this), but they are out there. i have found that healthychoice brand microwavable dinners really helped me lose weight as well as fiberone snack bars. they both are really delicious

Staying healthy is somewhat a difficult task to maintain considering the external factors that may affect us in keeping our body healthy, as long as we eat the right food, get enough sleep, drink a lot of water, exercise and last but not the least is the belief in God, the creator, we might have different beliefs but i guess almost everybody believes in divine intervention. Keeping the body slim, like for my friend she eats a lot but she's really slim although she don't take any pills to achieve that nice curves she always does exercise and putting on those fat burning pads and applying firming lotion as well.
