i would ask them and confront them as to why they are saying things like that against my parents.. of course i will not let anyone friends or not to ridicule or say bad things about my parents especially if they have nopt done anything bad to them, or to me...

First, I would not get angry. I would understand these are mere children. Next, I would tell them to look closely at my father. There is method to his madness!!

Just let people say anything about him and mocking. Fathers are role models. If his situation to me anyway without him we are nothing. We are the ones who most know how much love and it appears the situation however. Whatever is limiting and constrained. He deserves and we must respect. And every org is different heads and different assumptions, all depending on us to do. Heartfelt and sincere and positive thinking will be covered with our sincerity to be patient.
