New7Wonders Foundation would remove Taman Nasional Komodo, from the ranks of finalists seven wonders of the world, if Indonesia refused to host, and paid U.S. $ 10 million. very disappointing. In your opinion, what should be done by government?

Hm, i think it is not fair competition if you let money controll it. Indonesia is country which fight again corruption, if we pay it, that means we assume that corruption is legal. and I believe people on the world confess that this national park is history haritage without being registered as 7 wonders

Yes. I strongly agree with your opinion. This time I am proud, with actions taken by the government. Even, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has prepared a claim if the Park really does not make the list of finalists.

well, i quite agree to what Mr Jero wacik did, he announce what the committee did. and i think it's a healthy competition. why do we need to do all this after all? Komodo national park, is already famous since it's the one and only in the world which still have the dinosoures reptilia. it's kind of fake 7 wonders if we have to put money to win that.

Yes. this time the government takes action that is right. Komodo National Park, already very well known, without needing to be seven wonders of the world, komodo national park is very famous.

hi indahfth thats so sad as I understand its a beautiful park. I have never been to your country but I have read about the park. ten million US dollars is a heck of a lot of money. I hope your government can figure out a way to keep the park on the list of finalists of the seven wonders of the world.Good luck and God Bless

If Indonesia had to spend that much money, to be nominated I felt was not necessary. Indonesia is better out of this contest.

Komodo National Park is worthy of competing with other contestants. The problem facing Indonesia now is to pay a sum of money, as described by Indahfth. Indonesia such as pressing.

right, i see the news that we can't afford to pay it. but if the government want to make a hard effort to pay it,i guess there will be many tourist would come and we can get a lot of money by doing that

@ Sql: yes. Indonesia should spend some money, for the Park continues to be nominated, and to host. A lot of money. @ Ifa: without having to be nominated, the Park is very famous and much visited by many tourists. By removing that much money, not necessarily Indonesia won. The money was just making the Park continues to be nominated, and Indonesia to host.

I had seen the news on television. I agree with the stance taken by the government. We do not need to maintain the Park, as the nomination of seven wonders of the world, if Indonesia had to spend that much money. Komodo National Park is not necessarily win. So, Indonesia does not need to join this competition.

Yes, I also agree with the government. That kind of money can still be used for the benefit of the people of Indonesia.

I voted for Sundarban of Bangladesh from a link which append below. You can see if your park is listed here http://www.bforest.gov.bd/7wonders.php

Hopefully your choice, can be a winner. Looks like the Komodo National Park, will be cross of the list. Because of Indonesia, not willing to pay the money raised.
