i caught a flu and i hope this is not the one scary AH1N1 virus.
lol... does this hini still exist? i don't know!
maybe this is an adjustment with the climate here. i am making a new adjustment for everything. this is my third week since i came back from a vacation.
i still cannot sleep well. sometimes i am working in the internet at 2 AM and i can't sleep. i made a call with my fiancee the other early morning. she told me not to call because she will just miss me. i am sure a month or two this will not be the same. maybe in the coming week i am back to my regular routine of exercising, meeting new and old faces. i plan to go home again by the end of this year, God willing and hopefully accomplish part of my house construction.

You have been feeling that way for 3 weeks now? I would suggest that you seek a consult. It is better to be safe than sorry. Does ah1n1 still exist? That is a big possibility. Even how strong we are because we have a healthy lifestyle, sometimes it just gets in to you.

i have taken some fast forward panadol forte (paracetamol) and am feeling better now. i don't consider consulting a doctor as i only caught this the other day. i know it's a universal sicknes and it happens to everybody though it's not three weeks long have been i suffering.

hi zills did you not get the flu shots for both ordinary flu and the AHINI virus? I am so glad I did it early this fall as I have been really well except for one brief cold.It could be just a change
in climate too. I used to work til early morning in my own apartment here I have to give up by ten o clock. hate that. we are so regimented here in Gold crest you would think we were all in the armed forces instead of retirees . I would so love to be out of here and back in an apartment again. wow
