One and a half weeks from now, I have been active in the church. I attend Sunday church service, but not participating on ministries. But now, through my friend, I became more active and I love it. Another friend from the church gave me a copy of her collections on Christian songs. I started listening this morning, I did not think that they are good. Some of those are familiar to me and the others are new to me. The feeling of listening such kind of music is good. I love and enjoy it. Do you listen to any Christian song? Why not try it.

Yes I am actually a Christian and I enjoy listening to Hillsongs music. Their songs weren't really the church type of music. They are able to keep upbeat to the type of music that the youth loves nowadays. I think that it is actually a good way to reach out to the youth, thru modern beats and eventually spread the word of God to them :) Have fun.

Oh yes, Hillsong Christian songs are the best. Chris Tomlin is good too. But am looking for the singer of Emmanuel, not the versions of those I mentioned above. I love that one, but I don't know who sang it. Am getting frustrated.

Hmm, I am not sure w/c version of Emmanuel are you looking for, I think there's several versions of that song or songs w/ Emmanuel as title. Try Hossana music, Don Moen, Amy Grant or Ron Kenoly.

Hi dearlene! I am so delighted to be back and active in the church now. It is something I really missed because I was lost. Blessings came and I thank the Lord for touching and welcoming me again. I would be listening those songs everyday now as part of my routine. Can you suggest me good songs? I am searching for "Emmanuel", but I do not know who sang it. I have searched not what I am looking for.

I have lots of CDs of Christian songs. I started listening to them, way when i was introduced by my sister to their ministry of Born again Christians. Since then, i was hooked on listening to them, specially in the morning after i have opened my laptop at the office. But i still am a Catholic.

I prefer to listen to the more conservative Christian songs that are in the old Hymnals we use especially those they sing in the Baptist Church like " The old rugged cross" , Amazing grace ( Sang the traditional way),How great thou Art etc... yes it gives you a good feeling.

I love that song Amazing Grace, it's one of the few old Christian songs I like, because I prefer to listen to Christian metal.

I started listening to klove.com about 20 years ago. I find the songs to be uplifting and teach you lessons about love, life and God. They have kept me sane in bad times. A few years ago I started keeping the radio on during the night. Partly to drown out my husbands snoring. After listening every night for a while, hubby started going back to church with me. I think positive music full of hope and love can be a good thing.

I am a youth leader in our church and so I listen to more contemporary Christian music. If you like something more modern, look up Todd Agnew, Stellar Kart, Casting Crowns, disciple. We also have a sign language choir and we do most of these songs. If you would like to see a song we do here is a link http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/group.php?gid=28103623891 these copies arent as good but the performance was VERY moving. And our kids have been entered into the Stars Of Tomorrow Talent Show!

I am so glad you liked it. Our sign language choir is on its 6th year. You can find more videos on you tube, just search Signs of Faith. It gives a whole new appreciation for the music!

Wow, I think a sign language choir's great! :) Not just a mere expression of words in action but also helps out those who cannot hear well to understand the lyrics.

I lived in a convent for many years when I was in my primary classes. Every saturday we practiced hymns for the next day Sunday mass. I love to hear the nuns singing the hymns as their voices sound like voices coming from heaven. They really have that angelic voices and we learned singing from the nuns. Most of the church hymns are soothing to the ears. I know quite a number of the hymns by heart. Though I can't sing well but surprisingly I am able to sing the church songs quite well.

I'm too. I like Christian songs. I used to sing them in Church before. But I left them when I become a staff. I don't have enough time to study and singing them.

Hi maean :) I listen to christian songs since I'm a christian myself. My favourite singer is Kari Jobe, do you know her? I literally fell in love with her voice (trust me, she sounds like a real angel) while listening to "Revelation Song", i just can't get enough of that song. When I hear to such music I have the same feelings of you, it makes my day shiny! Have a good day! :)
