Everyone get sick. Is there any tips so as all of us not to get sick like getting cancer etc.? I want to stay healthy. I believe that being healthy is wealth. I take vitamins C, but is that enough? Or I need to eat vegetables every day and it means that I have to be vegetarian? In Japan, I forgot the specific location, Old people stay healthy and they live longer, and they have this beautiful skin.

"While we were young we lose our health to gain wealth, And when we get older we tend to lose our wealth just to gain back our health" Have you heard about that before? Well, that's what I want to happen on me. That's why I choose Herbalife business. I am very thankful that my mom guided me and discover this company when I was only 10 years old. I look so thin and my sister is very sickly. After 12 years were still with Herbalife and maintaining our health and figure. What I've learn by attending those trainings is that while we were young we have to take good care about our health. We eat fruits, vegetables, 12-15 glasses of water, 6-8 hours sleep, we do exercise and more. Good day! God bless!

Well, you can never go wrong to sticking with what the nutritionists consider as a balanced diet as indicated in their food pyramid. Vitamin supplements are also there to compensate for any lack of vitamins you derive from food. Regular exercise and proper water intake. Proper sleep hours. Eating fresh fruits and veggies and abstaining from processed food... Oh, you'd hear a lot of these pieces of advice, and all of them do help in attaining a longer life. But sometimes I think our genes play a major role in longevity, and even the healthiest of living cannot be of much help if your body isn't designed to last very long.
