As of now there is no website which pay for you just for uploading your articles or stories. As every website has its own guideline to review your content so it might be pass that test or not.
If they started to pay you for your uploaded content only then how they decide that what content is legit and copied.

I do agree with tushavi as bux.to has a very slow process in payment. But at the other end this is one of the oldest ptc sites and thus you can believe on it.
