if we think we have misfortune or hardship in life, are we going to accept it? i guess, don't accept but face it because we are the only one who will suffer the most. i would not try to cope because coping means acceptance. don't ever say i hope i can cope with it. conquer it when it strikes you. when you conquered it, handle it properly. don't allow to escape it in your hands. be sure to defeat it. remember that in winning, it does not matter how many times you fall but how many times you have stood up and risen out of those fallings.

The number of times that you fail and you get up and dust yourself off and start again does not matter either. Only that you keep pushing against the grain until you push through to what you are trying to attain. If you look back on every success to see the number of times you failed the story you tell of your life will be more about the failures than a tale of or celebration of the times when you won out against all odds, and against whateve came your way.

i believe that the gravity of "misfortunes" would normally depend on how you would choose to act or feel about it. i think one of the best ways to handle "challenges" in life would be to address it and find solutions for it. for example, you find yourself in debt.what do you do? you just got fired and have a lot of bills to pay - for starters, you can write down possible solutions for the meantime such moving back in with your parents, bunking in with a friend, etc. in the end, how you choose to feel about the situation and deal with it will greatly affect the outcome.
