Some sites ask you for a PIN number which is for their site. It has nothing to do with your debit/credit card PIN number. Go to your account on Onbux and you should see somewhere where you are asked to add a PIN. This will be the number you will use from then onwards when you request payment.

I hope she didn't type her credit card pin. Mysdianait is correct. Usually, you create the pin during the registration process. If you can't remember what that is, the site will give you the option to retrieve it back.

The pin number required to cashout is the one which you might have entered during you registration process it is not related to our bank pin in anyways ...if you have forgotten about it try the forget pin option you will find that under personal setting form where you can get it its just a extra bit of security from onbux which is very good

That PIN is a sort of a second password required to cashout. It's created by you when you register and you can change it in your account settings, I don't remember the exact place. It's easy, you request payment, enter you PIN and choose PayPal/AlertPay. You should receive you payment in a couple of minutes most of the times, but watch out, the site is making arbitrary holds on payments due to "cheaters".

I use onbux. As I remember the PIN was set during the registration. Try to remember what you have filled out or just ask for support.

The pin that onbux asks you is none other than the pin that you choose when you joined onbux. That is the pin number that is required to cashout from your account. You would have entered the pin number that you wanted when you registered with onbux. Your debit/credit card pin has nothing to do with you onbux account.Hope you get your cashout soon.Good Luck!!!
