This game Chelsea has more % of ball possession and more clear chances than Everton, but Everton's hero Tim Howard managed to remain the tie game to the end of 90 minute. In 103' Lampard scored inside the 16m50 area make Chelsea in lead, every thing seemed to be end for Everton but at the very last minute Baines did a magnificent free kick put the game in to tie again. Both team started a gun game, both Cech and Howard each stop 1 penalty. Unforatunaly, for Chelsea, former sideback of Arsenal, Ashley Cole shot his penalty in to the sky and give Everton a chance to win the game. I think this is a very drama match... a match that I yell for every score I Watched :] how a bout your opinion.

I didn't watch the match, but I would love to see it. I saw the goals on the internet, and they were pretty good, especially Baines goal, which also was a very important goal. I think this was a hard blow for Chelsea, because now the don't have the chance of winning the FA Cup, and the league title is also gone. I think this season is going to be trophyless for Chelsea.

With Chelsea's performance lately, they don't have a chance of winning the Champions League trophy. Actually I think that they will be eliminated by FC Copenhagen. I don't know, if I shall see Chelsea as a top team anymore with their performace. I think we need to wait and see what happens with Chelsea, Drogba and the other players.

I couldn't agree more...Chelsea performance has been bad lately, and they are inconsistent towards the end of this campaign...Losing the title is bad, but losing both trophies won last season was a hard blow for their season...Although they still have Champions League trophy to be won, but I believe it is the unlikeliest trophy to win based on their recent performance...

I think that i must have watched a different match. It was a pretty boring game with Tim Howard probably the man of the match with some good saves. Apart fom Leighton Baines's free kick the game was pretty poor and i can see Ancelotti getting fired by Chelsea.

haha ancelotti is good though, at the beginning of the league he made chelsea won 7-0s matches, maybe there are something going on with Chelsea's staffs, If I'm not wrong then I remember that Abramovic fired one of Ancelotti's right hand and starting from that day Chelsea get worse and worse till this point.

Chelsea and Everton are both great attacking teams, with both sides exchanged blows one after another...Nevertheless, it is Everton who took the spoils, and I believe they deserved it...Indeed, the bad form for Chelsea started when the assistant of Ancelotti was fired, and I believe it affects the gaffer much...A manager is dependent of his assistant in making decision, and vice versa, and losing a quality assistant affects him, as well as his strategy for the matches...

Chelsea is wobbly at this moment. In any other season they would have won the match after taking the lead in extra time. But it was not to be this season. Everton has cashed in big time. Now Chelsea's season hangs by the thread of Champions League. I am pretty sure they are out of the Premier League race and they are already out of the remaining two cup competitions. Cheers! Ram

Haven't seen the game, but it sounds that it was a thrilling encounter with a lot of drama in it. Chelsea is not playing so confident anymore and I think they won't win this week in the Champions League neither when they will travel to Coppenhagen. I think they will qualify, but they will have to fight a lot for that.

I'm just happy that CHELSEA lost but not enthusiastic Everton won. Its like every game, CHELSEA is going downhill, its probably due to their aging team. IDK how much more Ibrahimovic would spend to his English Club

I don't think the game was great at all. Though Tim Howard was great and the Baines's free kick was great. But certainly the game wasn't. It was a boring game until it came to life in the extra time when Chelsea got the lead. Everton came back and won on penalties. That certainly left Chelsea in tatters. The only trophy they can think of now is Champions league and given their current form, even that does not look like a possibility. Ancelotti's time is over.

Both teams have been going all out following the goalless draw at Stamford Bridge, and although the game is not as good as expected from both teams, they really put up a good show...Chelsea is a little bit unlucky, but I believe Everton is a worthy winner of this game...Chelsea got their chance at Bridge, but they does not use it wisely, and Everton punishes them...Good luck for Everton!
