I strugled when a child and a teenager cause I didn't have any. The first step is to accept what I am, one by one. What do you think it's the first step? And then self talk, you know cheering my own self up cause I need to be my best girlfriend, to know my limits, to respect but also commit to change my flaws, know my qualities, don't listen to what other people say, if I wanna do something is fine and it's nobody's bussiness, know when to learn from criticism but let go when people just are trying to put me down and also to let these people get away from my life.

I agree. The first and the hardest step is actually look at yourself and see that you're not so bad after all. It's to actually think for yourself and not be influence by what others are saying. To shut out alll the commotion from other people's mouths and to just listen to what you, yourself is saying.
