It was a really equal game I think, but Gomez goal in the end, really changes everything for the next match in Germany. Robben shot for long distance, and Julio Cesar couldn't hold the ball, and Gomez shot it in the goal. what do you think about this match? Who do you think qualify for next round after this result?

Julio Cesar has been great for Inter this season but he has been let down by his defenders. His rare mistake cost the game for Inter and it makes their path difficult. Bayern played with more intensity and its unlikely that they will let this advantage slip. Bayern will qualify for next round.

Julio is a great goalkeeper, but everyone can make mistakes sometimes. Julio did yesterday, and it cost a very important goal, which is very sad for him. I won't say Bayern is ready for the next round yet.

Bayern should take advantage of home game. Their revenge for last final defeat will be complete only if they knock Inter out of competition.

I think it was a good win for Bayern. It puts them in the driving seat for the this match up. They are also very formidable at the Allianz arena generally so are now the favorites for this tie. Having said that a one goal win is not much in the Champions League especially with the home and away goals rules. I think Inter can go through with one good performance on the night in the return leg as well. Cheers! Ram

Bayern plays very good at home at the moment, but we have seen, that they can fail in important matches. Even though they have an advantage, they need to play very fast and score some goals, because Inter will do everything for going through to the next round.

You can imagine how happy I was when Gomez scored. But I have to say that nothing is over and Bayern has to be really careful. I think Kraft was sensational yesterday, just like Luiz Gustavo. Hope that Bayern will qualify and something special is still in.

They really have a great advantage for the second match, but as you say Inter is not out of Champions league yet. Everything can happen in this tournament.

I'm supporter Bayern since Rumenige era.... The match at San Siro yesterday, proved that Bayern is still strong enough to be able to continue onward, and the possibility to win teh Champions League this season is very possible. With Gomez in front area, aided by Ribery and Roben in other side, and supported by the best midfielder Bastian Scwheinsteiger, Bayern will go through the round and qualified ti the final againts Barcelon or Real Madrid. Friend...that's what i think and expect to happen....!
