The Evil Midnight Munchies

I know everyone has had there cravings at night time lol. I call them the midnight mucnchies Haha to me they are evil midnight Munchies because it's very bad to eat at night you gain weight because the food sits there and your not active so it becomes fat. it would be hard to get rid of which means more stress ugh.. THE EVIL MIDNIGHT MUNCHIES

I know they are totally evil =C But i try not to eat anything after 7pm coz even if i eat i know i'll regret it so i think its better not to do than regret later isn't it?? Have a good day..

Hey that girl, Yah i do and think the same way I use to always time myself and mKe sure I don't eat after 7pm if I do then I would too regret it and just feel bad for the rest of the night and just wonder if I m going to wake up looking like a big ball. But I think if you eat a fruit or a yogurt or even a healthy cereal. Im sure you will be fine and not die. I regret it if I ate something real bad like dinner time bad haha

Loll.. If you worry about bananas and oranges making you fat or anything you must be very fearful of being overweight. You will be perfectly fine okay.. And thanks just fear about eating the wrong thing and becoming a ball. Lol. Im sure i wont let myself go that bad haha. The farthest is...... I don't know.. I think I always try to keep up with my health haha.

hehe don't you worry, you aren't going to turn into a big ball =) I actually love oranges and bananas and eat them at night if i get hungry. I hope they don't cause any harm.

Never allow this girl to get tipsy at night and she will eat! I work out a lot so I don't have to worry about fat, but I have been known in the past to go out and drink a bit and then eat a storm. I am going out tonight to a birthday party so lets hope I don't get hungry later.

Hey hardworkinggurl, I have drunk before and I have notice that when I do I do end up getting e Munchies and jut get hungry and start to eat a lot or just to pick at stuff haha. Even though im not of age to drink but yeah .. I just gave it a try twice. It have been over a a year maybe 2 years coming up haha well yeah enjoy your self and have a great time and good luck with drinking and getting the Munchies later haha.. if you do I will laugh haha

Hey crazy daisy, Haha.. Yeah it can be evil or good or okay midnight Munchies because, to me it's different when it's light food and fruit or some veggies or some yogurt or even cereal will would something light and that to me is good and okay. If you wake up and some steak or chicken or what ever you had left over from dinner and just eat all of it or even half that's the evil midnight evil Munchies lol. So yeah it can be evil but it depends what you eat and how much you eat

Its of late since a couple of years that i get a craving to eat prior to sleeping.This has resulted in me putting on weight.I'm trying my best to rid myself of this evil habit as you've put it quite aptly.I hope with more determined effort i'll be rid of eating at night which contributes to fat accumulation.

Hey picjim, I have my bad evil habit under control the just some days I just need to snak on something. My mother has a bad habit on getting out of bad and going to the frigde to grab something to eat but she isn't really over weight. My uncle on the other had compare to my mother his evil habit is about 10 times more worst. He just eats and east and eats he weights about 600 pounds.. Sad to say but yeah we told him to stop his bad eating habit it can kill you if anyone let's it get out of control

Hey payout, They are indeed evil lol. For me not to give into them but if I can't help it I'll eat fruit or yogurt. I'm not sure what can stop this evil but trying to choose healthy foods should be too bad. Continue to fight the cravings my friend =)

The only thing I can suggest is maybe eating a LOT before you go to sleep. But what do I know, I have the midnight munchies too.

Hey gamingMaschoist, Yeah eating a lot can help but, if you think about eating a lot before that time comes which is midnight you have to burn off what you ate so later on it won't become fat and you end up gaining weight and being unhappy because now you have to lose all the weight. So i think I going to pass on this one haha.. But yeah these Munchies are super evil they make us eat so much even if it's all in our head haha

I don't crave midnight munchies as much as I used to when I was working. I actually lose appetite when I am just at home and not working. I do get the occasional craving and the other night I made home made pizzas from bacon and slices bread. I didn't even have mozzarella, I used the grated parmesan cheese that I had in the fridge instead. I know it's not healthy, but if you're hungry, you're hungry.

Hey anne25penn, Mines aree slowly going away. I'm a little the same way as well.. If I am home all day I wouldn't eat much but I guess work takes the best of us and we just get hungry and just have to munch on something lol I don't really take as far as eating pizza and mozzarella to me that's too much to sleep with in my stomach late at night. So I try to avoid those foodsand just eat something really light or just light so it won't be havey on myself.

Hi. payout. I know all about the evil night munchies. I don't eat so late at night like I used to. If I get a craving, I will eat a pickle, tuna sandwich, veggies or a salad. This is only when I did not eat a heavy meal during the day, before going to sleep at night.

Hey cream, Haha.. I think you are right I think te cure is to eat a good size dinner that wiL keep you full. With me I would eat and then get rid of it very fast and then get hungry again. This happens a good amount of time but I'm working on to fix this bad evil midnight Munchies battle haha.ring now I am doing well but taking note og method of how to keep yourself full haha

Oh they are evil alright. It's especially true when you have just eaten dinner, sat down in front of the TV or the computer, and suddenly, you find yourself craving for stuff to munch on. You could just feel the weight gain even before you start eating.

Hey inkyboz, Nice avatar funny haha I don't tinnk I ever felt the weig gain even when I started thinking about it hAha yeah to me when people talk or think about food then we do make ourselves hungry and have little cravings which is funny but very true. To me sitting on front of A tv or a computer can make you hungry watching commercials or people talking about on a computer lol. Then we sit there sometimes haha

Hi, when I get the urge to eat at night I usually have a stock of fruit like bananas in our house that I eat. This makes me feeling full without so much calories compared with eating junk food or ice cream or cake which has a high calorie content.

Because of my shift , by sleep in the morning so I have no guilt if eat in the middle of the midnight because I will need the energy. I'm one of those people who are blessed to have fast metabolism. I love munching the stick sof celery as guilt free the snacks and and sometimes I love pineapple. I don't eat much anymore in I don't know why. A grave of the sleep much more.

Grapes make everyone feel like a king and or queen haha. Love grapes haha I hate having those bad sleep days where you just turn back and forth hopping that you just go to sleep. I hate that feeling sometime I pray and funny but I ask Jesus to hit me and knock me out to sleep haha I hope all your issues get fix and you have good night sleeps

I really don't know what is happening to me because I don't feel Like eating Because of certain issues. I wish I can have good night's sleep because it really need one. That's what I am craving for , I need peace of mind and Retreat from civilization. I love eating Grapes too They make me feel I Like A king

It really is a bad deal. I tried doing something with it before but it is hard to overcome. However, I think that I am better now. After the evening meal, after washing the dishes, I go out for a few minutes to jog and I think that it helps in a way. After jogging, you just crave for water and I see nothing wrong with it. Then after you cool down, you take a shower then you feel so good that you just wanted to lay down and close your eyes for a good evening sleep. In this way, I am able to escape your midnight munchies. You should try it.

try drinking a lot of water whenever you feel the urge to eat...thats wha+ i do...that way your stomach will be full without worrying about additional calories that will add up to your weight. Plus water is good for the body =
