Has Barcelona already won the La Liga now?

Yesterday Barcelona beat Real Mallorca 3-0, while Real Madrid could only muster a 0-0 draw at Deportivo. With these results Barcelona have a 7 point lead at the top of the La Liga with 11 more rounds to go. With this it looks like Barcelona has already sewed up the La Liga title. What do you say? Cheers! Ram

Real are struggling without good strikers and I definitely do not see them catching up. Cheers! Ram

Real took their frustrations on a hapless Mallorca 7-0. But Barca seems to be running off with this one. Cheers! Ram

actually i am so sure about that,i would be answering like this even you asked this one before the whole season began, cause who are we kidding, everyone knows they are totally unstoppable in this legaue which is obviously lack of balance on level, even some of rm fans know that barcelona is just like usa of the whole world, they kinda like play games with half a trophy in hands.

Not yet, but is very close. Remember that with two games tied Barcelona, and two won Real Madrid the difference would be 3 points. And everything is decided on the classic. The barcelona lost is very unlikely so I say is 75% that Barcelona won the league.

As rappetter points out above, even if the two teams are tied on same number of points, Barca would lift the title thanks to the 5-0 margin of their win in the El Classico part 1 this season. Cheers! Ram

Nothing can be said until it's really happen. The ball is round. Anything still can be happen. But indeed, judging for the recent performance and condition in both teams, looks like the season is Barcelona's again. Sorry Mou, better luck next season. Just really want to see him pick up trophies in 3 major league in Europe!

Mou is now blaming the scheduling of matches for the poor results for Real :). Cheers! Ram

I can't imagine this magnificent Barca side will through away a 7 point lead. I can't see Barca dropping 7 points in the remainder of the season, plus I don't think Real will go the rest of the season undefeated, so in my opinion the final points gap will be more than 7 points. I think the next 'el classico' in April will be important, if Barca win that then la liga will be Barca's. The more interesting game will be the copa del ray final between the two giants. This will probably be Real's best chance of winning some silverwear. Anything can happen in a cup final.

I agree that I do not see Barca dropping a 7 point lead myself. Looks like the writing is on the wall. Cheers! Ram

If you count the 5-0 from the El Classico, then it means that there are 8 points, because I don't see Real winning with the same or bigger difference in Madrid. And in Spain, in case of point equality, the direct result is the one which decides the champion. The Spanish League champion is decided in my opinion as well as the Bundesliga, where Dortmund has 12 points ahead with 10 games left. I guess this teams were too consistent, and deserved the titles.

I'm very sad to say this, but I don't see the many chances for Real Madrid to win the league title this season. Barcelona are very strong and win almost all of their matches. They have only lost 1 and got 2 draws. Real Madrid are also very strong, but in some matches, they are just good enough to win, so the league title for this year is Barcelona. The only way I think Real can win the title, is by winning the rest of their matches, and then hope, that Barcelona will have some draws in the end of the season. But I don't really believe it. If Real Madrid shall have any success this season, the way is Champions League and Copa del Rey. I think they can reach the semi-finals in Champions League, but they haven't convinced me, that they can beat the best teams. The are in the final of Copa del Rey against Barcelona, so this match will also be pretty difficult for Real Madrid to win.
