health benefits of eating spinach

Everyone who's heard of Popeye, must have also heard of spinach. I certainly don't like its taste, but they say its very healthy. What do you think.

If you pick spinach fresh and eat it raw, it's really good. The minute you cook it, YUK!! Try it in a salad. Really good!!
