Was it right decision for England to take power play at that time against India

What do you think..? Bell was injured , strous had face dover 140 balls and they had planty of good batters left to come to the wicket , get set and then take the power play.. but they took it, and I think they took the wrong decision. And it was really lucky for them to have that 1 point for getting draw.

I think Powerplays are like two sided swords. They can cut both ways and this time it really backfired for England. I think England really did not need to take the powerplay as they were cruising. But as Bell was beginning to cramp, Strauss thought that he would have difficulty in running and took the Powerplay.
