i have house foreclosure articles in triond and after 10 minutes of posting one of the articles, i readily got 20 plus comments and testimonials. im almost teary eyed reading the stories for those who stumble financially.Foreclosures accelerated in our region. Overall, the number of people who lost homes to foreclosure rose 75 percent in 2010 compared to 2009. That's a significantly bigger increase than what was seen statewide. That leaves 2011 as another year of uncertainty. Not until these problems work themselves out will our housing market find its bottom.do you have a story like these people?how did you cope?

I almost went into foreclosure but then tried for a mortgage modification. Spent almost a year wasting time and never getting anywhere. Finally took a mortgage refinance and reduced my payment by 400 dollars. It is very scary when you know you cannot pay your bills. I had a paycut and had to take a 2nd job to keep my house. Not everyone has that option. I am lucky.
