ticket shortage in Nagpur Match

In TV news I seen Ticket shortage for Nagpur Match only 15000 tickets are available and near 30000 to 40000 people are interested for tickets and people stands in que. Due to crowed Police lathi charge given there. Why tickets are so less for black marketing or place is small for seating on the stadium.

I think this is a perennial situation in India. With so many passes etc. going around, there is usually only around 10% of the tickets that are actually available for sale. This means that there are too many people chasing too few tickets and this results in all these troubles. I think BCCI needs to start respecting local support better. Cheers! Ram

In my opinion watching cricket in tv is good than watching match in the stadium

Yeah what you said is correct, In INDIA cricket is passion. Even for a charity match also the tickets will be full sale, then for world cup it is the most common thing.Lathi charge and all but the most of the tickets will be given to sponsors, VIP's. This only feel a lot for the ordinary common man...
