Is there any small machine which works on muscle , chest , as Gym machines ?

Hi friens I am Sachin and I am crazy to built good body but My life is so busy so I dont have time to go to Gym , Yes I am member of Gym but due to lack of time I dont go Regurarly so I want to know any small stuff which help me to built muscles , abbs , chest and work on other parts while I am at home plz suggest me . and any good supplement

You don't have to spend a dime going to the gym just to get a good built of muscles. Just go to youtube and you'll be motivated to exercise while watching how they turn themselves into muscleman.

I've watch a commercial before about something like it. It's like a big belt but you can also put it on your biceps and other parts of your body. It vibrates to stimulate the muscles. I forgot the name though so that's a real puzzler.
