I'm so afraid in earthquake =(

Let's just hope that no strong earthquake would hit the Philippines. Just stay tuned to the reports of Philvocs. However, even if they give accurate forecasts, earthquakes happen without warning. We need to be prepared. We should have immediate earthquake drills in offices especially in Makati and in schools everywhere in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

I'm afraid of them too but the reason why we have earthquakes is to save our planet from exploding, I remember my science teacher sayign that if there are no earthquakes, earth will explode. Its also mother nature's way to maintaining balance but yeah it sucks but its an important part of nature, though we hate it.

Although at times fear can help us be alert on many things. It is a defensive mechanism that envelopes us when things like this happens to open up your senses that you are taking for granted when things are of normal. But of course too much of those is not healthy as well since it clouds our mind already of the things that may not happen at all. I guess the best remedy for this is to become calm at all times and acknowledge the fear as just there for us to be aware. Faith can at many times calm out mind and spirit as well. It is good to have a good connection with our Creator above in this times.

Everybody afraid and hate earthquakes. No one knows who will be the next target of earthquake and tsunami. We should be always prepare in any calamity coming in our country. In may age, I experienced a lot of calamities since may elementary years until now. We feel sad what had happened to Japan, their only consolation is they are rich country and no japanese citizens are begging after that tsunami and earthquake. I'm still believe that my country, Philippines, will not be affected by any form of disastrous. Why I said that, Filipinos are prayerful, that is the best weapon we had. Oh Lord, please bless our country, the people from Japan, may your presence give us strength and faith.
