Four years of best responses

I guess I was just bored because I spend a good hour going through all my unresolved discussions to pick best responses. I haven't done that in a long time. I usually don't even pay much attention to it. So some of you may wonder why you're getting best responses from four years ago.

Ah, yes, thinking about it. Most of us probably respond to more discussions than we actually start, so it might not actually be that many.
Is there any purpose in using it other than making someone feel good for making a good contribution? Hm, that sounds bad put that way. I mean, does MyLot use it for any other purpose other to monitor who is making above average posts?

Personally I have a lot of unresolved discussions as well. I think sometimes you go thru the responses back on some of the discussions and if you are like me sometimes you cannot just find a post back that is worthy of getting a Best response or then at other times you get so busy it is hard to keep up with some of them as well. But I know that I have given out Best Responses from time to time on some of my older discussions and it can be a shocker maybe to some as well. But anytime I guess is a Good time so at least we are doing it as well.

hi dreamy oh my that reminds me I also need to do that. I was often line for 20 days, just got out of hospital a week ago so am behind on a lot
of things.oh yes dreamy that is more procrastinating that I have done lately. l ol. good luck better late than never as it still counts. I
thought I recognized your user name. I always wait a t least a week but circumstances have made me later than that. lol.

I do my best to keep up with them because it can get a bit out of hand. On the flip side to that I do not start too many discussions so not too difficult for me. However I am one who does get on an average 50 -75 responses to all my discussions so it can be a bit of effort going back and re-reading them to keep up.

What is a Best Response?
A best response is a response that is chosen by the myLot member that started a discussion and feels the response that was provided is the best response to their topic of discussion.

A best response feature should be utilized by all myLot members. Please help other myLot users know that their responses are useful and helpful.
You don't have to it's not mandatory. You don't get any more money for it.
