School Kills Creativity

While browsing through YouTube, I saw a video about School Killing Creativity. In that video, a man named Ken Robinson talks about how the school makes it hard for children to be creative. Here is a link. http://03283a52.tubeviral.com Anyhow, I kinda agree with him. Especially here in my country. The students ALWAYS have to keep up with what they are being taught and not treated individually. Your thoughts on this?

I haven't watched the video and even without watching it I think it's right...I think they try to keep so close to a certain set of rules they forget to let the children use their natural born talents and it does kill the creativity!

Yeah, sadly, even if there are good teachers out there. They are still forced to follow those rules that the school requires them to follow. And to make things worse, school is a must in this country of mine. People find it hard to get jobs without a college degree.
