People here are really needing your help, thank you very much. We are going to donate as much as money as we can if we can just find the phone number. I was thinking too to send rice and water, although we don't have much for our selves but I think they are really needing. After that we just have to save for a while, but I think the donation is worthed. I don't feel really sincere hearing people talking all over the world, in twitter "I'm thinking or I'm praying for Japan", I think people need to do more. They are eating just a ball of rice 3 times a day people!

I have this idea that donating money isn't necessary because Japan is a rich country but i might be wrong i've never been there. And mostly the coastal parts were damaged so help could come form non coastal regions but i might be wrong again. But i do agree praying doesn't help after all if there was a god he wouldn't let this happen in the first place unless he's not that kind of a person some people think. Anyway i'm happy you're prepared to help. In my case i would give money to an organization and they would use 5% and steal the other 95% like they did in some affairs a while back so unless i could send rice or water i'm not eager to donate. Thanks for your comment.

From the depth of my heart I must say that it wishes me to donate to Japan through paypal but unfortunately I can't afford it now because I wasn't to earn anything good as I was away from my computer for a long while, started to post back here on mylot like 2 weeks ago and I have continually search for other means to earn from the internet, really hoping to find a way around that and when I do I would still send money through their paypal donation account to Japan, But right now all I can do for them is pray for them. I pray for all those who lost a family or friend in the earthquake that GOD almighty would replenish them in every way.

I am so happy because you have such a noble intention to help the Japanese. They are needing our help at this point of time. My hope to you is that, do understand that prayer is also another noble thing to do. Maybe some people just want to offer their prayers to them. We pray so that God Almighty will shower them with lots of love and strength in having the difficulties in their country. All the materials support are important and spiritual supports are equally important. That is why God is so great, He created people with different personalities so that people like you who have a kind hearted to donate the materials support and another kind hearted to 'donate'their prayers. God have mercy on us...

Sorry I cant help them only pray for them because my financial condition is not good. This is true because I never like telling lie. But our country should help them and reach person can help them by a small fund of their income. I think some countries should help them.

Sending goods is a good idea and I think that prayer is enough. Maybe our prayers will send someone to them who will donate a generous amount that will cause relief for some of the victims. Its hard to do for others what you can't do for yourself. Some of us ask our families for help in this day and age and the state of the economy we are in.

If you can give financially, I think the best way would be through the Red Cross. There are so many funds for disaters like these in the past that really never get all the way to the people that need it. Going through the Red Cross you can be more assured that your donation will get to the people who really need it. That being said some people are not in a position to give money. Don't worry because I believe that prayer can do as much good for the suffering and maybe even more in some cases.

I think the problem at this point is not in having the food and water, it's in getting it to the people who need it. With highways torn up and traffic severely limited, transportation is almost nonexistent. If you send money, food and water, it may very well end up sitting at a depot somewhere for days or even weeks. Sometimes the best thing to do is to pray. Sometimes it's the only thing that can be done.
