Columbia House goofup

My husband ordered a couple new dvds from columbia house. He got them and opened them up and surprise, there was no dvd inside one of them that was shrink wrapped. He tried calling them after that and their phone would not even ring. I told him to email them or try to look for online chat if they continue to have phone issues.

Oops. Well just keep badgering them with your claim and they should eventually respond to you.
We bought a DVD from a store once and when we opened it up after we got home (it was also shrink-wrapped) we discovered we didn't actually have a DVD... we had a pretty box. lol Luckily we were able to just go back and they gave us another one. Must have been a manufacturing or warehouse problem.

I would not wait for the bill because I am sure they will feel like they have heard it all before so my suggestion is to search online for their number and or their email address so you have record of trying to contact them and perhaps they will send a replacement.
