neobux banned most user who complaints about their click rate changes?

Who else that got unlucky like me?? At first i tot they were having technical problem after i started to use their forums for the first time everr.. and complaints why is my click rate has been change to $0.001 as golden member, and yes of course i am dissapointed because i jes recently purchased the membership when they simply change the click rate.. i dont think i was cursing or wat so ever but im sure there was a lots of user who complaints even worst than me.. So i checked the forum as non member and i noticed all the complaints has been removed, and when i go thru ptc forums, i noticed there was so many user has been banned for complaining as well i think that is so unprofessional of them to banned their user who only queries about doubts on their changes i dont think all of them are cursing or bad mouthing, well most of user is considered as their customers as well since we are purchasing their product. not to mention they are taking sometimes before fixing things up to a win2 situation with all user What a shame an organization like neobux doesnt have any professionalism handling their users.
