neobux banned most user who complaints about their click rate changes?

Who else that got unlucky like me? At first it tot they was having technical problem when i cant find forums tab on my neobux acc.. I usually dont use their forums at all, but when the first time everr i use it to check why is my click rate changed fr 0.01 to 0.001 as golden member. After a while i noticed there is no longer tab for forum. Im sure i was not cursing but i saw there was a lots of complaints even worst than wat i wrote.. Of coz i am shocked because i jes purchased the membership wen they simply change their click rate.. When i log out and check the forum, i noticed they have removed most complaints about their changes. and when i go thru other forums, there is so many user complaints that they have been banned for complaining on neobux forums as well I think it is so unprofessional of them in executing their business, Neobux banned their users who disagree with their changes. I dont think all of users who got banned is cursing or badmouthing, further more, we are also their customer becoz we purchase their product.
