I got my favorite scent today

By scent I am not talking of sprit or alcohol based perfumes and sprays, but it is extracted from flowers like rose, jasmine, lavender etc. my favorite is scent from rose and jasmine. Today my scent supplier gave me 50 ml of each. I apply a drop on my handkerchief usually, the smell lasts for 7 days, guaranteed, even after wash with soap, and some still remains. But in case of spirit based perfumes and roll-ons, they vanish in few hours. I also purchased, 5 grams of ‘musk’, it comes from gland of musk-deer, see picture, it is too costly. It is said that this deer keeps moving searching for the source from where this powerful, sweet smell comes. If I rub little of this on arms or hands the smell lasts for days, it is so powerful. [b]Are you fond of scents, perfumes, sprays or roll-ons? Do you use regularly or on special occasions? I use scent or must once a week; it is enough for 7 days. Whoa, I don;t like a very strong scent, Professor. It's enough for me to use spray that will last for several hours. For scents to linger for days? I could faint from it.

hi bhuwanji, after long time i have got a chance to participate in your discussion,now a days i does not have enough time to spend with mylot,only one time i am doing mylot,regarding scents i know and i know the artificial perfumes,but i am selling sandle wood oil pure,one man bringing it from chennai and selling to us,we are selling them at our shop regularly in summer season,have a nice day

hi Bhuwanji, thanks for the response,you can buy the best sandalwood oil or paste from Karnataka i think or Tamilnadu,try at your place,i think some Girijan development agency will sell pure honey and sandal wood you can enquire there also,if does not find ,any how you can have it from Hyderabad or some where else,have a nice day

I just love perfumes but I am really like the very expensive ones but I don't wear them all the time I hate the cheap ones and plus when people put so much on them sevles I'm lucky if I can breathe. cd

For me only roll on I use it in my under arms everyday to protect about no bad odor in my arms and i usually but it in Avon products only.

Nice discussion I like very much scents or perfumes I likes only wearing good cloths means new new saries and spray or scents. I like tommy girl, Silence and Megnate perfume. Our perfum is not international so it not enough 7 days it can remains for one day only. I spread daily on my saree because in summer it is more required not only on occassion but also I use regularly. Thanks have a nice day

Hi prof, I like scents too, I use to like stronger scents like musk oil when I was young but now I prefer lighter scents, my favorite scents are those made by Hugo Boss, they use to make a line called " denim " ,Smells real good and I like all scents made by them, I like the scent or anything similar to it.

When I have the opportunity to travel outside of the United States I plan on buying "scents", especially in Europe. It lasts longer, smells nicer and lasts longer in it's container. You can't get "real a real "scent" here because the government won't allow it. You can't bring it into the United States with the intent to resell it. Just for you information I enjoy doing business with anyone, anywhere outside of the United States. I know it's hard to get designer slacks and jeans in Europe. It's also hard to find the fancy "scent" bottles like we have, so I bring two or three of each to spread good will. The first time I experienced the genuine joy these business people had doing business to me I decided to give them these articles the next time I was there. Now I do more trading than buying. It's a wonderful experience! It makes me wonder if capitalism had made us in the states so arrogant as to not be excited about someone else's business? How horrible!
