hi friend i rare thing has happened to my paypal account.45$ has been diducted from my bank account and when i inquired about that i got to know from the bank people that it has been transfered in paypal account and after that i checked my paypal account but it wasnt credited into my paypal account.what this could be.i dont have any idea what should i do. can my this monet be back? any suggestions.

Contact the bank. Say that you did not authorise the transaction and that it does not show up on your PayPal account (take or send a printout of the relevant page to the bank). They should then investigate whether there was an error and, if there was, they will be able to correct it.

i did so and they have said me like they r trying to get it corrected and it may take a week or so to findout what went wrong. thanx for the suggestion.

I do hope that by now you have this resolved because PayPal usually guarantees all transactions. I see from your response that you contacted them and wondering if they resolved it for you. I am curious to know simply because if it happens to anyone we can let them know if PayPal is cooperative and what steps to take.

hi, actually i still dont have any idea about your problem because i never been try to withdraw the money from my paypal to my bank account.but i think it will only done if you request that.try to ask your bank.
