Do you want it to snow?

Yes, I would love to see it snow. I heard that it is supposed to tomorrow, but I am not sure if that is 100% true or not. That would be nice.

Hey, I live in England, it's ALWAYS cold! Yes, I'd like it to snow, but not too much, I'd like it to snow and settle for a bit, but then go away so as everyone could get home safely in the evenings. It's actually exceptionally windy here at the moment so I doubt we'll get any snow yet, because the wind will blow the snow clouds away.
