Do you think teenage pregnancy is ok?

It happens here all the time too. What is sad is that there isn't a class early on from a few single moms with older kids who can talk about how bad you feel when you can't afford the stuff they need in high school or even a car. A baby sounds like a puppy, and young girls forget this is a PERSON with individual needs. It hurts when you can't meet those needs or be able to give your child the best. So, it's not just about being a teen, it's about having kids you really can't support on your own.

I think it is a difficult thing to deal with. I was a teen mom myslef. I got pregnant my junior year and had the baby my senior year. We kept him and his father and I are still together. That does not always happen. I am not saying it is OK, but if it happens it is too late to do anything about it other than putting the baby up for adoption. I would encourage anyone to stay in school. I did and graduated 4th in my class and as a member of the National Honor Society. I wasn't stupid, I just became a mother too early in life and it hasn't been easy at all.
