Children seem to be catching on to new ideas and cocepts at an earler age than ever before. Society brings so much of this into their world. What do you think most influences promiscuity among teens today?

Personally I think the break down in knowledge is one of the leading factors. In high school a girlfriend of mine told me that her cousin told her that you could not get pregnant if he "hit it from the back", mind you the cousin was pregnant. And then there were the arguments in Health class about if semen and sperm were the same thing(they are not). But the factors are still the same. But with some minor differences. Celeb kids have babies(brittany spears little sister). Things have not changes since Happy Days, just the way we approach things. But kids see shows like 16 ane pregnant and think they too will earn some cash and they are lost when it doesn't happen. We need to get a grip(as parents and a society) and start shouldering the blame for our kids rather than blaming it on something else. YOu can't frown on teen pregancy and put up shows that promote it.

So much can be blamed for the lack of knowledge in any condition or situation. What we know and what we choose to do with it can often take us in directions that we did not mean to go.

Hi sender:; well I think that there are external influences that make that teen prmoscuity is being worst nowadays. However influence from their parents is the main responsability of this situation. I think that new generations have focused on their rights and not on the responsabilities that they have when they take decisions on their private life. ALVARO

Our children often learn from the example that is set before them. they will copy what they see their role model doing. Being a good role model is our responsibility.

Lack of supervision by their parents...not watching what tv and movies they watch....leaving them alone too much....and giving them internet options even on their telephones.

Teens left without any kind of supervision usually think they can do whatever they want. Soing things on their own may often steer them to wrong choices.
