MyLot is a discussion site. I see that you are starting many topics but they are not discussions unless you comment on the responses that others post on them. You do not earn anything for the responses as those who post them will earn for them. You earn by commenting, furthering the topic and creating a discussion. If you can turn those stories into topics that we can discuss then youmight be able to use them here but just posting them as they are will only lead to deletion.

Thanks for sending a comment back I didn't realise. its was very hard understanding what the process was. So basically if I search some topics on my favourite discussions that others have made and comment on them that's what you actually earn from your comments on their questions and topics

I left a link to the FAQs and the Guidelines in your other topic. You will earn for all of your own activity here (if it is within the Guidelines). Everything that you type will earn for you. If you start by responding and commenting on discussions that you find interesting, you will begin to see how things work and then have a better idea of what exactly a 'discussion' is.

I have to agree with the previous two comments. I've worked with Writing.com, and it was awesome at getting feedback. I've heard many good things about Critters. MyLot isn't really a good place for what you're talking about. This is more of an interactive discussion place and not so much a critique place. Good luck with your writing.

If you want a good website to go to, try writing.com. It's the website I go to to have my work read, and the entire website is designed so that people will comment on your stories and provide feedback on them. It's a great place to go to not only to have your work read, but also to improve as a writer. If you just want your stuff read rather than critiqued, you can try publishing on your own blog, although gathering a readership is difficult. Livejournal is good for this because it allows you to join writing groups which will publicise your writing to members of the group. Alternatively, there's a website called Tome City, which is a forum where writers publish short and long stories and people comment on them.
