Hi friends, you remember that my friend had an ecoptic pregnancy after her second IUI and she got safe from her tubes being bursted. She got her fetus removed. Now after 3 months she may undergo her next treatment. But now doubt is does she require to go IVF or IUI treatment itself. IVF seems to be costlier as well. Another friend of mine got conceived naturally. So she is confused now which would be effective to her. Doctors say after 3 months they may tell it. But does anyone has experience on what is good for her. She is worried so much now about her next chances of pregnancy..

Hi Sender, Seems you have problem with key 'S', its missed all over. Anyways I can understand what you trying to say. Sorry for your cousin. But my friend has not lost hope as doctor said she has 99% chances of conceiving. The time delay is what makes her worried.

I have never heard of anything like that to give you any information on it. I know with all of the new technology and advancements they have today, she may still be able to conceive. I sure hope so.

Hi Stephcjh, True today medical science so advanced, but worried it has its side effects as well. She need to wait for her day of conceiving, but the pain at her heart is unfelt by us.

It is really sad that your friend had an ecoptic pregnancy and lost her baby because where her baby was growing was impossible. She was lucky that her tubes didn't burst. Maybe or maybe not your friend could conceive naturally. A baby grows in the womb. IVF is when the egg and the sperm are mixed together then put in the lady's body. So this might or might not be suitable for your friend. I think in a couple of months the doctors will know exactly your friend's chances of having natural pregnancy. Good luck to your friend.

Hi maximax8, Yeah she is lucky that her tubes are in good condition. IVF is effective though, but its better to wait to find out which is effective for her to take through. I seen many of my friends get conceive after an ecoptic. Thanks maximax thats best way to wait and find it out for her.

On her eptopic did she lose the tube? Im assuming the tube this eptopic took place in is no good. This wld mean she only ovulates on one side I believe. My cousin had an eptopic and so much scare tissue was caused it made it nearly impossible for an egg to be released. My cousin also has a heart shaped uterus with only a tiny amount for a fertilazed egg to attach to and grow. She had a miscarriage after becoming pregant. The docs gfave her a 5% chance of concieving on her own and carrying to full term. She is now in her second trimester and even though she was on bed rest and had to have her cervix sewn shut, due to it dialting, she is doing well and so is her growing baby girl. Dont let your friend give up hope. It can happen naturally or through help. I wish the best of luck for her and sending baby dust.

Hi tink91879, She luckily got her on time to doctor when she had symptoms. So she did not lose the tube. As per doctors scan, tubes are good without any damage except for fetus removed as it has less growth. Now IVF or IUI is the main confusion. Thats nice to hear about your cousin. Thats give hope for me and I would let this share with her to improve her confidence.
