You looked exactly like... Have you ever experienced being told that you do look like someone's friend, or sister, etc? Do you get it often or rarely does people think you look like someone? For me i always get that a lot. Here at work, like 3 people told me i looked like someone they knew and they are 3 different people as well. Haha thinking about it, i wonder if i really do look like them.

And people say my son is more than a xerox copy of me. 'More than' - because he speaks like me, shows anger like me and so many other things as well.

It usually happens to me. Whenever I'm on a seminar or in the club partying someone will approach me, and tell me , how come you get here? You're living somewhere blah blah.. And that will be the start of a conversation. Well, I don't know if that is just a tactics of men or what. Cuz usually receive the same comment from guys.

Hi chiyosan, Look alike or looking alike is a very much used used phrase world wide. Yes, After a gap of three years when I visited my aunts' home there my cousins and other started talking that there had come a boy who looked exactly like me. Again when I was in college in one of the visits to my aunt (my father's sister) there literally one fellow patted me on my back thinking me to be his friend and my cousin as we looked almost the same. Some time it feels funny and sometime when people stare you possibly you are a look alike of some one his/her familiarity.

I often get that said to me after I moved out here. I am now at least three hours from any family but I am often mistaken for another woman from this area. Ironically enough her mother's maiden name is the same as my own maiden name but there is no relation..so weird

Yeah sometimes people will told that to me. Usually it happens when I am meeting someone new to me. They will say like that. Do not know whether it just a stereotype words from them but they really describe that person to me, telling me the similarities or the difference.

I have been told before that i look like someone else. It is amazing how perplexed someone may become when they realize their mistand you are not the person they first thought that you were. so many people in this world and still youcan be mistaken for someone else.
