How often do you wash your car?

I've been wanting to wash my car but this spring weather is unpredictable. Often after I wash it, it will start raining the next day or two. I saw some ants in the bathroom earlier and whenever I see ants it usually gives me the warning that it will rain soon but I really can't stand it anymore so I think I'm gonna have to go and wash my car this morning. Hope I don't jinx it. The other day there was these 2 little girls (about 7-8 yrs old) from our neighborhood who asked if they could wash my car for 2 bucks. LOL Maybe they've seen my car and couldn't stand how dirty it is too. I said no thank you...that's a good deal though but they're too young I can't have them wash my car! How about you? How often do you wash or have your car washed? I wash mine every 2-3 mos...sometimes I ask hubby to get it wash for me if he has some car wash coupons. Ok, i gotta get going before it gets real hot outside...

Usually my husband and my child together wash our car twice or thrice a month. Last Sunday I washed the car first time in my life because my husband got fracture in his hand. I feel bore to wash and clean. Everyday I have lots of utensils to wash. I have to wash it all because here is nobody to help me.

Oh...sorry to hear about your husband's hand. Well if you do feel bored about washing anything...sing to it. That's what i do. Sing while you're washing and cleaning up so it won't stress you out. Have a nice day :)

I rarely was my car. I once went a year without washing it, until my friend told me I really needed to give it a wash. I didn't really realize it but she was right. I don't really pay attention to the condition of my car, unlike others. My mom is one of those people who was their car every week, I don't know how she makes the time for that. I live in a place where most people do that, and it's kind of weird. Every car I see looks spotless like it was just bought.

You went a year without washing your car??? wow...no wonder all the cars around you look spotless. I'm sure they are not, really. I wash my car really good every time and i still see spots on the windshield at times after i just washed it. Well i kind of wish i had your attitude about car washing but i have a bit of an OCD when it comes to cleaning and washing. Have a nice day!

mm. It really does depend, I always check the weather befor I wash my car. But it is annoying when it is supposed to rain then it doesn't. Because then my car is still dirty. I don't know if you know aout rain X but it really does help, it does take a while to apply to you car though. I clean the inside more than I clean the out side. I probally clean the inside once every two weeks. I try to clean the outside that often too but sometimes that doesn't work. haha. With the pollen now my car is always dirty and that is so annoying. Which I was wondering does any one know anything you can put on your car to keep the pollen off? and is it really expensive??

I clean the inside of my car more than the outside also and I often wipe my windshields with wet towel and then cotton rag cause of the pollen....I just can't stand them...so annoying! thanks for responding!

I do not have a car of my own. But I often use public transport. However, I have seen my neigbour wash their car every weekend. That is every Saturday morning. For those who can not wash their car, they just they it to car wash centre in town and get their vehicle washed

I'm lazier to drive my car to the car wash so i usually wash it myself...and i tend to clean my car better than they do which is given of course. I sometimes wish though that there are taxis in our area cause i sometimes am lazy to drive. I don't know how to take a bus :( have a nice day!
