Can we login using team viewer into remote system and create PTC accounts?

Few of my friends systems with internet connection are idle, can i use team viewer kind of software to login to their system and create PTC account and make money. Which IP will it show mine or my friends?

If you use a Virtual Network to log in to and control someone else's PC, whatever you do on that PC will use that PC's Internet connection and therefore that PC's IP address.
