How the easy way to get attention from ours boss ?

We certainly understand the relationship between bosses with employees is very unique. Sometimes harmonious, sometimes hot and sometimes cold.
As subordinates (employees), we often feel the most right, or feel as the people who are oppressed, so we often feel have the right to blaspheme ours boss. Does your boss deserve blasphemed? Usually the subordinate dislike their boss is not caused by bad behavior their boss, but because we as employee feels less attention or less loved by ours boss. How the easy way to get attention from ours boss ? actually very simple and easy ... the way is :
1. complete your task until complete and timely.
2. Being independent in carrying out your functions.
3. No demand exceeds the authority of superiors.
4. Adjust yourself with a unique yours boss.
5. Imitate positive behaviors your boss.

You could also try to look professional and good all the time. It pays to look good at all times because you don't only show confidence, you also look as if you're capable of doing everything that is asked of you.
However, it's also good to know and realize that though we could attract attention from the boss, we could also attract attention from enemies - the people like you who are also working to catch the attention of bosses. Further, remember that there will be people are good at making false claims against you so that your image would be tainted.
You cannot please everyone. Just do your best to do everything you need to do.

thank you, friend .... indeed all-round dilemma. If we get attention from our boss, most likely, other colleagues will envy with us. We will become the rumors but that's a risk, the risk to have a clear career or risk just for became permanent employees without career.

I feel it is how an individual deals his boss and how a boss deals with his workers or subordinates. Anyhow keeping a good relationship for both sides would give positive results to both the catogories. Treat the workers well and treat the boss well. HOpe everything would go well.

i guess boss are interested in people who are go getter, problem solver,team worker, willing to sacrifice for company, give good profitable opinions and help boss to promote. Boss are boss basically like workers who solve finish work problems and bring profit to the company.However, side characteristic like wearing sexy or wearing handsomely does has a impact impression on the boss.Hence grooming and way to talk sweet to the ear is good also.

It all depends on the situation, because if your boss has been satisfied from your work then he will talk to you with cool other wise it will be bit painful for you. Because i have faced both situations, not only me but almost all the employees will face this kind of things. If you really want your boss attention towards you then avoid errors or mistakes in your work and give 100% quality work and also by achieving the target set by the boss or whoever it is. Then their attention will be always towards you. Even you should behave politely with your boss and you should not say NO for anything. Then you will see the different reaction from your boss.

its better to talk different to grab the boss's attention.talk differently .but logically.that will give someone different from others and they will be watched,even by the boss.lolz
