having a peaceful mind

All of us want to have a peaceful mind in order to enjoy life to its fullest. What i do is I start each day by affirming peaceful and happy attitudes and my day will tend to be pleasant. I fill my mind with all peaceful experiences. Another effective technique in having a peaceful mind is the practice of silence. Silence is soothing and healthy practice. I love to know what you do to have a peaceful mind.

For me, silence is not a healthy to me because if I don't release my tension or stress, I might be sick and killed later. I should do whatever I should like crying, laughing, shouting, screaming and so on. As long as I am not involving in violent, I shall be better after releasing my stress, sadness and so on. Don't you think I am healthier now?

Yes, aeiou, I do think it is healthy to get it all out. Once you've done that you will have peace. I got rid of all my anger, sadness and grief by writing a book. Blessings XJane

To have a peaceful mind, I recite this personal Spiritual mantra every day: Focus but don't obsess No worst-case scenarios It's all beautifully under control I am lovingly supported at all times I know nothing but I am willing to learn Just wait for the miracle (Apart from that, I garden! ;)) Blessing XJane

Hi Angelo, For peaceful and cool mind, I practice yoga and meditation. Also melody songs keeps me cool headed. And I always make it to see with cool and peace mind we can handle any situations of life, because we can think and decide well rather than tensing up.

For me, listening to music gives me a peaceful mind. I usually do this whenever I fell very stressed with my work or with the problems that I have. I also see to it that during the day, i would listen to music and try to sing along with it.

hi.. Everyone of us can have a peace of mind with the help of our family and friends... Peace of mind is really helpful for individuals and as a group... As individuals, peace of mind can relax us, it can help us to think and to have a right decision.. Peace of mind can help us sleep each night without worrying many things... Peace of mind is the presence of silence in our surroundings and especially to our mind and body.. Peace of mind in a group really helps to communicate well in each member of the group.. Each member can deliver the message that they want to tell with some.one, because they have peace of mind, there is no worry about their communication with each other...

To have a peaceful mind I have a Ekmukhi Rudraksha, by wearing this really I get a cool atmosphere around me. Also have to meditation for half hour in peace area. Definitely you will get the peaceful mind by meditation in a regular basis also your health also becoming healthy and wealthy. Then you will feel like a heaven.

Hi Angelo, very true and a very effective way to make a day! I also agree wen i wake up with some thing which i like the whole day is beautiful and if i wake up with a bad thought the whole day goes waste.

I leanred much from a book recently. I am doing what I have leanrned. Beat the blues before they beat you. Just take five minutes to think about unhappy things. Then I should move on and live my life with a positive attitude, even if so many difficulties. In addition, watching favourite movie, listening favourite music. and so on, are also good way for me to say goodbye to bad mood.

I too want and hope to have a peaceful mind. However, sometimes we just have so much problems to deal with every day that we forget this simple things. You have reminded me that we need time for ourself and our soul. We need to keep ourself happy. For me, i'll try to make my room quiet and then try to meditate by first keeping my mind black to let it relax and then think about some happy things.

First thing that contributes to my having a peaceful mind is praying , the moment i wake up in the morning. Prayer gives me an inner peace and assurance that God will always be by your side to guide and help you go through your day.

to have a peaceful mind, I'd like to go far from any noise and my busy hour. I want to feel free from them, walk to some new places with beautiful scenery and enjoy my loneliness. That's feel right for me.
