Normally, the time I sleep the most well is midnight. However, I only sleep the most well at early morning recently, about from 4:00AM to 7:00AM. I'm very up set because this change. Because I must get up at this time to do exercise or cooking breakfast. How are you? What's the time you sleep the most well?

I don't have trouble sleeping at any time. I take a nap everyday, and it seems sometimes that I sleep sounder than I do at night. Sometimes when I wake up from a nap, it takes awhile to remember where I am, and if I am waking for the morning or a nap.

It dosesn't seem to matter how much I sleep at night, or how late I take a nap. I can sleep no matter what. I set the alarm so I will wake up during the week. I exercise, and I like to get it done early. On the weekends I can sleep 10 hours and still be ready for a nap.

A nap is good. You mustn't sleep much at night.

I go to bed very late because often times I am waiting for my boyfriend to come home from work, and he comes home late. So my best hours of sleep are usually between 2am and 6am. I do not sleep much and have not for years and think my body is use to it because I do not need an alarm clock because I am up pretty much at the same time daily.

No I do not fall asleep while working. I can at times feel a bit tired but not really fallen asleep. I have been this way for years.

You sleep too little! Do you usually feel sleepy when you're working? I can't do any thing if I only sleep 4 hours per day!

I never sleep a complete schedule. The times that I work or sleep fluctuates just about daily. I think my best sleep time would have to be my first few hours of rest.

Hi. tkonlinevn. I sleep well mostly around 1 am to 6 am in the mornings. My kids are usually asleep then. My youngest daughter sometimes gets up early to play and drink. I am really hoping that this will change especially when she wants to play and this is in the early morning hours.

I like to try and go to sleep around 9-10 p.m. but it takes me forever to fall asleep!! But once I am asleep I think I sleep the best between 12 and 6-7a.m. then I really don't want to wake up but I do because I guess it is a habit?

Maybe It's a habit. Beginning at 12:00PM is quite late. However, if you feel well with it, you don't need to change...

I sleep best at about 4:00am to 10:00am, which means I'm a walking zombie when I go work. I think this mostly stems from when I worked nights and I've never been able to get back into the routine of sleeping at night. I find now that if I want to do anything that takes a lot of concentration, I'm best starting at 10pm and can work through to 3am and my brain is at it's best during this period. Thinking back actually, I used to do this as a kid with homework. Obviously without my parents knowing. My homework was good, but I didn't participate much in the morning classes. I think there are three main factors that effect sleep patterns: State of Mind : e.g. if you are stressed about something, but you are unaware you are stressed. Physical/Psychological training of your body and mind: e.g. Sleep patterns you are used to, such as working nights. Enviromental Factors: e.g. noises or lights keeping you awake or waking you up at certain times of the night. I'm not sure whether anyone else as ever had this theory?

With me, state to mind is influence to sleep most. I think that stay up late is not good for your brain. Maybe you can work well at 10PM to 3PM. However, you'll be tired for a long time and your memory can be loosen.

Sleeping time is different for kids and adults. For kids 10 hours sleep is a must. An adult should sleep atleast 6 to 8 hours to lead a healthy life. Each one should plan our sleeping time and the time when to go to bed. We should not change the sleeping time.

hello, When I am going to school I used to sleep early as 8 and wake up 5 in the morning because I am tired at school that is why i did not notice that I already sleep that time but since now that it is vacation I sleep 10pm and wake up 8 , I think this is still enough.

Do you usually sleep well? I often don't sleep well all night, only about 30 minutes at early morning. And this time is very important with me. I'll feel tired if I can't sleep well.
