There are two kinds of Amazon account. The main one is for buying books and other goods it is this account which is usually used for receiving payments through MTurk. Amazon hold your credit or debit card details so that they can charge for anything you buy. A Seller account is used for selling goods and any balance is automatically transferred to a bank account every two weeks. You cannot use an Amazon account to transfer money from one personal credit/debit card to another. You would use a bank to do that.

If there is an option for it, then Amazon can transfer Mturk balances to your credit card. You still can't use Amazon to transfer funds from one personal credit/debit card to another.
