Now a days I am often used to fail in remmebering the things. Previously I used to remember everything, however the old memory it may be. I lost my memory power these days. Is there any techniques for increase memory power? How to give exercise to my brain so that I can remember every thing?

Try memory games on the net. That would be fun.

Luminosity is a great start for that. Also look up Jim Kwik, he has excellent memory programs available.

You can improve your memory and can prevent Alzheimer and dementia by having a brain-healthy lifestyle. We can reduce our risk towards these by eating right, exercising, staying mentally and socially active, and keeping stress in check. You can stimulate brain by doing a crossword puzzle, play board games or cards, or work word and number games, such as Scrabble or Sudoku. I always play a game of sudoku on my cellphone every night when I can't get sleep. After that, my eyes get tired and I fall asleep. You can read this article to find more. http://www.helpguide.org/elder/alzheimers_prevention_slowing_down_treatment.htm

I don't know what the memory you mentioned refers to.If you find it hard to remember to do something in your daily life,it will be quite helpful to take a notebook with you. When you think of something that has to be dealt with in the future, you can put them down in your notebook. If you were meaning that you could not remember the knowledge you had read in your books,I think you may have to train your concertration. When you are reading a book, you should put your full heart into it.It will help you improve your memory power.

The best thing is to exercise the brain. By that I mean is keep it active. Reading, writing, playing brain games. Give yourself goals so that you have to achieve them, that should keep your mind going. Always strive for something. Being idle and watching TV just makes your brains mush. Actual physical exercise is also very good. It keeps the blood flowing. And then there is, always eat the right foods.

Well there are many different ways. For example, you can also record the basics. A computer's memory can buy a big memory or to retain all of the drives go to label them. I have heard that the memory can be improved with some foods such as coffee and other carrots. A can do various exercises such as writing to read books imnogo other things. I wish you success. Have a nice day!

A good memory is something that one can acquire with practice though some people seem to just naturally be able to remember things and cannot tell you how they do it. First of all, though, it has been proven that memory ability is very much enhanced if you have a good, healthy daily regime. Make sure that you get enough sleep, eat healthily and take plenty of exercise. Both sleep and exercise can be used to improve one's memory. If one takes 15 or 20 minutes to revise a list of whatever you need to memorise just before going to sleep, the brain will work while you are sleeping and you will memorise much more effectively. You can use exercise in the form of a walk round a familiar park or any other route which you know well to help you remember an ordered list. The secret is to associate each item on the list with a particular landmark of the walk. These techniques and many more are discussed on this site: http://www.mindtools.com/memory.html

Read a lot of books. It helps .. especially crime novels. The action sequences happening in different scenes would make you think , make you recall certain chapters which you have read , whatever has happened to certain characters. It will improve your memory power...try it. If not , then just bring a small notebook wherever you go and jot down things which you may forget. Or just store it inside your cellphone.
