Why am I always the target for bullys. I can't believe this is happening to me as an adult. What should I do? Is there any type of agency to talk to about this that can help me keep my job. Not sure that I want to keep working at this awful place that lets this type of behavior continue. Anyone else going through this crap? They are constantly accusing me of doing things that I am not doing. They hide work equipment. They stare me down. Every mistake that happens is always my fault. I just can't take it anymore. I tried to ignore it for the longest time, but I just can't do it anymore. This is serious. Can anyone help me?

Maybe their trying to get you to quit. hopefully if you be nice to them and try to talk to each of them about your problem you can get it worked out. the person in charge should straighten the problem out if you tell them about it. if worst comes to worst you report them to the labor board. they deal with workplace mistreatment.

Are you new? That's normal if you are, although it's not acceptable. A workplace should be a nice, settled community where people get along nicely, but - we are humans and it's our nature to be like that. First of all you should consult them, just talk to them nicely and say that you aren't appreciating what they're doing. If that doesn't work, you should consult your boss (I hope he isn't bullying you). If it gets to much, contact them one at a time, in their personal time and just tell them that it's getting a bit to over the top and that they need to settle down. Hope this helps, and I hope it gets sorted out!
