Use Top Commentator widget blogs to promote your blog, it will get you backlinks as well as traffic.

you can invite your friends to visit your blog site by posting it on facebook...just like what i did...its very effective for me. if you have a you tube channel you can also post an invite to your friends there too.

Id be surprised if there was still anyone here who ISN'T a blogger! Most people seem to have one listed on their profile and your question is a very popular one. Try searching discussions for blogging tips - there are plenty of them around.

yes, lot blogger here. To promote my site I use surf traffic, in surf traffic I can promote my site and get traffic and it's free. You can also do this to promote your site.
