I'm Sleepy, So Why Don't I Go To Bed?

I don't understand why I get like this, but tonight is one of those nights. I am so sleepy, but I don't want to go to bed. Honestly, I have a million and one things that I could be doing around the house but instead I'm online. I updated a blog, now I'm on MyLot. I don't know what it is, but even after I log off, I'm sure I will watch a movie instead of go to bed. Surely I'm not the only one who gets like this, do you ever get restless when you are tired?

When I'm tired no matter what time it is I go to bed, sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep though even though I'm tired.

I get the very same way alot of times. Iforce myself to stay up and work or get things done around the house. I hardly ever watch a movie or just sit around though.

I'm having one of those nights right now, and I should know better. I need to be up early to go out for breakfast, and to pay the newspaper bill.

I know what you mean. Sometimes I'm so tired and sleepy, but everything in me resists going to bed and trying to fall asleep.

Oh yeah, I've been that way before, I've been so tired that all I thought about was laying down and going to sleep, but when I did, I couldn't sleep, I was too tired to sleep. I felt so restless that I couldn't get comfortable enough to fall asleep, I hate times like that.

I have insomnea and a very weird sleep cycle at best. After you have spent time online or watching tv for a while they say your mind is still raising from the activity and it is very hard to get to sleep. I read for a while and that helps. My daughter goes for a walk and says that helps her.
