Duck.....the cops are shooting!!

You had better duck or run as fast as you can to get away if ever you see some cops take out their guns here. This morning, a man using his knife was cutting open some garbage bags out on the streets. (garbage day in Montreal today) His neighbor went out to ask what was wrong with "Mario" and why he was doing that but he seemed to be non responsive. So he called 911 to tell them what was going on. TWO cars showed up for a total of FOUR cops. They tried to talk to Mario, to tell him to calm down and put down the knife but Mario wouldnt listen and started to run. He was either a) stoned, b) have low blood sugar or c) maybe having a stroke and had impaired judgment!! So what do the cops do, they run after him and they shoot him. In the legs? NO. In the arms? NO. They shoot to kill and indeed he is dead. FOUR shots were fired to stop a deranged man with a tiny knife.......AND they also shot an innocent passerby who was at 500 yes FIVE HUNDRED feet from there!!!!!!!!!!! How on earth did they manage to KILL someone who had only but a tiny knife and HOW on earth did they manage to shoot an innocent passerby IN THE HEAD!! The four cops were taken to hospital to be treated for shock.......SORRY???? Obviously now the requirements to become a policeman have dropped or they play too many computer games while sitting in their cars and think its ok to be trigger happy and shoot just about anyone, anywhere, anytime!!
