I enjoy being on here anyway even if there is no money but it would be a nice little bonus if you know what i mean. i love this site you can find an answer to anything and most of all its usually from pretty good people that know what they are talking about. Thanks for your answer and your discussions :) also has anyone actually gotten a check or been payed through paypal because seeing it up on the screen and getting the money are 2 different things.

Hi there and welcome to myLot.
Everyone who earns the minimum or more gets a PayPal payment. No one gets a check. I am one who earns well over the minimum, each and every month.
The "secret" to the "bonus" is that you need to make sure all discussions/responses/comments are of quality. Things like thank you or thank your for the response - alone is not allowed and or not exactly quality.

Thanks a lot I just needed reassured that i was going to get something out of this and i got 2 responses so that is good. I think its cool that this site pays people instead of hogging all the money for themselves like facebook and other company social networks if i could get some of my friends on here im sure that i would use this just as much :) but i would like to get my first payout before i start referring people just in case so i shall wait i guess thanks a lot though

Yes referring members means you get the additional 25% as well. It is an excellent idea to learn the site in total as it is easy to refer members but to continually have them active if they have no idea of what to do would be a problem. See referring gets you nothing unless they earn.

@ 102709 exactly friend myLot is such a wonderful site where we share so much and learn so much. Pretty much more then any social networking site, the beauty here is that the pat on the back is an added bonus.

i have posted more than 924 times. responding to something that i have already posted on, like this one, is not going to improve my post count. i was very active my first couple of months, and then life got in the way. i would say that it took me close to 6 weeks to reach that first payout amount. I have also earned a few cents here and there for using the web search.

haha how long did it take you to get your first cash out would you say asyria ? i hope it doesnt take me more than a month i would like to get some money not that i do this for the money alone but its a nice touch :) and i would appreciate it if someone could tell me how the heck im supposed to get 924 points! lol

hi cole yes or I wo uld not be here for 3 years going on 4 but to make money here its quality posts not a zillion inane two word anythings. put a wee bit of effort into all you post andyou will at
least make the minimum payment per month. I am retired and I u sually'make at least twenty dollars most months.We are paid through paypal on the fifteentho of the next month. I average around a dollar most days but less some but it helps me immensely.

my question is how long are you on the computer usually to make about a dollar a day. i just need an estimate you dont have to be exact because there really probably isnt an exact amount of time but i have all day usually in the summer to do this and i would like to make some extra money doing this for only about 3 or 4 hours a day? thanks for your response btw :)

Oooooh ic that makes sense i just didnt want to be kicked off for being obsessive with my thanks :) hmmm i wonder what the longest discussion on here has been and what it was about? I think im doing pretty good with my post about anime and japanese there are a lot of people responding i think thats how i got up to 15 so quickly ive only been on here for a day or so so i think thats good?

I have been paid by mylot several times. It is very easy if you read the FAQ section. Make sure that you do, if not you run the risk of having your discussion deleted. For example, if you had taken the time to do a search on the question you just posted, you would see that there are already several discussions about this topic and as a result, you might not get too many responses. In fact I know a lot of people who won't simply because this discussion has been done before. I suggest taking the time to search your discussion topic to make certain that it hasn't been done before. You earn on here not only by posting discussions, but responding and commenting as well. However, having said that, if you try to earn money by posting one liners, you will be disappointed. Mylot only pays for QUALITY posts and responses, and no : Thanks for responding to my discussion.....is not a good response. So Yes there is money to be made here, but only if you are willing to put in the time and effort. I hope that helps, good luck and happy mylotting.

Like you I'm quite new here in myLot, I have joined here more than a week now. I love being here and I believe we can earn here. Like everyone said we can earn here if we continue on posting quality comments.
My friend you can also earn by doing some task, Also by using the myLot search engine. Some says you can also earn here through blog but I haven't tried that yet.
