Mountain Tortise On the road! Did you know... ...

ESSO and Mobil are one and the same! - And there I was, searching for Mobil when ESSO and Mobil are one and the same!
If I hadn't seen the Mobil sign at the bottom of this ESSO station, I would have gone on looking for Mobil!

Well, I have been driving for a while now. But most of the vehicles I drive, do not belong to me. So I never really have to bother about which petrol station to go to when filling up. Well, I rented a car over the weekend. And the rental condition states specifically that if I do not want to pay for any petrol, I would have to go to a Mobil Station to do my filling up. Happy that I finally get to drive my own car (I know, I know... it is a rental, but it is under my name! ), I was all excited to apply the membership, get the keys, check the car and finally get on the road. At the end of the day, when it is time to return the car, I have to top up the petrol. Guess what? I forgot to do my research to find out where the various locations of the Mobil stations!!! So I started driving around looking for Mobil. Passed by numerous ESSO stations when I finally found a Mobil Station only to realize that they are one and the SAME!!! If I hadn't seen the Mobil sign at the bottom of this ESSO station, I would have gone on looking for Mobil! Sigh... silly, isn't it?

Is there really such a condition stated?? haha =D What makes it so special that it can only go to Mobil station, other than dun need to pay for the petrol?? haha = DI'm glad i'm not driving because it's too troublesome. It's even worse when your car has ran out of reserve while looking around for the Mobil station.. lol =D Singapore is small, but when it comes to searching, we never seem to find it till we go a big big round.. lol =D

Yeah, there was this clause. And it was good too. Cos the package price includes petrol usage. That is why the petrol station has to be a specific brand. And yeah, when you don't need something, you are always looking at it. But when you finally need to find something, you have to go big big round to find it.
