World with out war and poverty is possible

No one like war that kills innocent people.Many countries are spending lot of money for military equipments.If they spend those amount to eliminate poverty ,then this world would turn in to heaven.Is it possible to achieve this goal.

I am sorry to bust your bubble,but having a war free world is an absolute impossibility,poverty is only one secondary reason for war,religion is the number one reason,and as long as there are so many types of beliefs on this planet,there will never be peace.
And even as they try to make race intermixed,there will always be some that will never want someone of another race to interact with theirs.
It has been this way from day one,and can never change.
