Do we have time for ourselves? Life has become mechanic. We just rush losing five minutes would mean such a loss? Man needs at least some time for himself. We dedicate time for ourselves, for the family, to sustain the expenses everything is so noble. How tearful it is when we have to opt for the loan to fulfill certain needs! How to find time for ourselves? Finding time for ourselves depends upon our programming. If we cannot find time would mean that we do not know to organize our time. If we are wise to organize time for ourselves then we can save so much future expenses for the medical bills.

I guess we always deserves to have some time for ourselves. I remember my friends saying "i work and earn money to give myself time to have fun" Right...why kill yourself working all the time? Who will enjoy your money and savings when you die? So...give your time a time to relax...treat yourself and give it a break.

Yes, what profit a man if he owned wealth or even this hollywoods, and then die? It's rediculous, give yourself time to enjoy at its best.

Oh! my Angel did you see what I did few minutes ago? I'm too busy forgetting God sometimes. Thank you for coming and reminding me about your presence. May I feel that I need to recognize you all the way of my life.

I make it point to periodically pamper myself. There is no point pushing ourselves too hard if our body is not fully nourished and healthy! Logically, one would think that in order to succeed hard work must be practiced to a great extent. But personally for me, I always remind myself that loving oneself will enable us to be more productive and more able to achieve our predetermined goals. As the famous adage says, "All work and no play will make John a dull boy." Truly, it is important to take care of ourselves rather than focus on enriching ourselves financially. Surely one will not want to be "dull" and lifeless right?

We may enjoy to the maximum with the family, with the friends even then a friendship with the self, a conversation with the self brings us so much joy and peace together with new enlightenment.

Yes, my friend. Enjoying life with people close to us is very refreshing indeed! And let's not take for granted the opportunity for self evaluation. Because self evaluation results to self discovery and enlightenment.

You mean time for ourselves? Huhu...I am really bored with my life now as time is at my disposal. I have so much of time that I feel I am wasting my life not doing anything fruitful to fill my time on earth. Since time is smiling at me I hope I have something to do so I don't let time pass by in vain.

As far as I know you here in MyLot dear friend I appreciate so much your thoughts. They appear as real experience and not something vague. If you utilize your time in sharing that itself is a great service to the humanity

I feel like I do have time for myself right now. Although I just adopted a puppy so he takes up most of my time right now. Currently I am a stay at home wife so I get to have plenty of time to do things by myself and for myself. I am really enjoying the time and I know that not everyone gets this so I am very lucky that I do.

Do we have time for ourselves? That is actually a very good question and one that is extremely tricky to answer. Especially considering what time for ourselves actually means and whether its actually an extension of everything else or not. Actually after a bit of thought to this question, I pondered it a little bit and I came up with one simple conclusion. The fact is it really does depend on the day and how much we have to do on that particular day. Not to mention how creative we are and how organized we are. You give two different people do identical lives, and there is a pretty could chance that one person is going to be able to find a way to get things done, where to get more time for themselves a lot faster, than the other person. Organization tends to be the key a lot of the time, as we try and figure out to find time for ourselves. It has really been here and there, whether I can get the amount of time for myself or not. Still very often than not, I can be rather successful. Still a very interesting topic to think about.

Usually a mother thinks all the time for her family and she hardly dedicates little free time for herself. Often we may find ourselves in front of TV or computer. Then how much time do we get to be all by ourselves and speak with our self? The inner self can be a sweet companion who brings wisdom

I find time for myself everyday, even if it is just time in quiet reflection/meditation right before bed. I also play an instrument which provides time for me to get lost in music. I think with technology and the internet people are spending more time seeking relationships and socializing that they budget less time for themselves.

Yes its a wise allotment. True the one who dedicates sometime at least to the inner self then gets attuned to the higher self. Then its not difficult to face life with serenity and edify others too.If we are peaceful we transmit peace to others. If we are in conflict then we inject it on others . But when the person is all by herself then the inner self guides the life.

I agree wholeheartedly with you. Everyone is really busy. There are always things that need to be done. I think being organized helps as well. I try to be organized with the plans i have and the things that need to get done. But i feel with being organized there can also be a problem if we are not careful. Sometimes i tend to pack my planner full with every days activities that may need to be done. So we have to be cautious about overloading ourselves and taking time to take a break. I'm at my most stressed when it seems I need more money and I strive to think of every possible way to get more money.
