Who Made Up This Catagory Anyway?

I was looking through the catagories I had and trying to chose a good one for this discussion(Yes, I will get to it) when I came across this one. WHat up?
Anyway, my friend sent me this and I had to share it. I thought it was a redo of an oldie but goodie classic but when you see what it is......well, watch it and see.

Do you love the new commercials? I like Geico and the other insurance Progressive. Pretty cute. Your thoughts on the link, commercials.

Well sometimes some of the Newer commercials out there are ones to make us think, and a lot of times it is pretty cool how much humor they decide to throw in these as well. I often wonder how many people actually consider changing over to Geico or progressive just because of these commercials, many times without really stopping and checking to make sure they are actually able to save some money. But personally they always say if you make something interesting you sell more.

It seems like the stupidest ones are the ones I remember. SO it makes sense to make stupid commercials I guess.

This isn't the only weird catagory. Probably the first time I've ever seen this one.
The insurance commercials are ok, though I didn't look at your link but from what I've seen of them they are memorable with Flo and the lil Gecko.

i hate most of the gieco commercials with the guy, used to be 007 asking dumb questions and the progressive commercials. her voice just jangles my nerves, no one can be that dumb either, can they?

Oh, I'm hooked. I could use a vacuum that's so powerful AND silent. When I vacuum I can't listen to soft music like that old lady, I need to turn up my speakers with some very old school heavy metal

I remember the Tommy Roe song. It is on my Summer list. All those oldies. Mamas and the Papas, etc.

I'm not sure. Might have been. I liked the Sonic commercials the first few times. I don't care for trying to be funny at others expense. Very rarely does it strike me funny.
